“Salespeople are not born – they are trained”
The job revolves around selling skin care products within two steps.
Step 1: Showing the products to the customer by applying them on their skin.
Step 2: Selling the products to the customer in case of interest.
The job is carried out worldwide in the largest shopping centres, on presentation areas or in shops. Working hours depend on the opening hours of the shopping centres. The working days vary between five and six days a week, depending on the location. During the training period you will receive a basic salary. After the training period, you will receive a commission between 23 and 30 percent of the sales value, which is usually significantly higher than the basic salary. There is no hourly payment.
In order to be able to work as a skin care specialist in the most renowned shopping centres worldwide, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
- a communicative and open-minded attitude with customers
- a well-groomed appearance
- Basic knowledge of English. Language skills in the respective national language are an advantage, but not a must
- performance-oriented committed
